A popular stop on the WA Gravity Enduro tour, Pemberton Mountain Bike Park sits among tall Karri Trees conveniently close to Pemberton Town Centre and its amenities. Held in April, we are on the hunt for primo riding conditions with grippy ‘hero-dirt’ if we see some rain before the event.

Competitors often take the opportunity to explore the nearby area, stocking up on local produce and soaking in the laid-back atmosphere of the region.

Get ready to ride Pemberton Mountain Bike Park—one of WA’s premier MTB destinations, packed with epic trails, breathtaking forest scenery, and world-class race-ready terrain! Nestled among towering karri trees, this park offers everything from fast, flowy descents to technical rock gardens and massive berms, making it perfect for riders of all skill levels.

With a pump track, jumps, and well-maintained facilities, it’s the ultimate venue for thrilling races and unforgettable events. Whether you’re here to compete or just send it with your mates, Pemberton delivers the perfect mix of adrenaline and adventure!

The Pemberton MTB Park is proudly managed by the Pemberton Cycling Association with support from the Pemberton Visitor Centre and Shire of Manjimup.

Spectators:
Spectators remember – racing riders always have right of way! They travel fast and collisions may result in serious injury.

Spectators are welcome to walk up the side of trails but please ensure you are behind course bunting at all times and at least 2m off the trail when riders are descending. Look for Spectator points indicated on the Course Map for viewing opportunities.

Always be aware of snakes and other wildlife, bring adequate hydration and wear good walking shoes. Please avoid making shortcuts through the bush and only walk on the side of the trails where it is safe to do so.

Friendly dogs are permitted but must be on a lead at all times. Do not bring your dog if:

  • it does not like noisy, busy environments
  • it barks at people and bikes
  • it does not play well with others.

NEVER let your dog off lead at anytime at our events and always clean up after your dog.

The course:

The term ‘hero-dirt’ is familiar with Pemberton due to its cooler soils under towering trees. However, there is a real mix of trail from the rowdy Wahoo offering rocky options to the refurbished Cool Runnings and Relentless Blue offering fantastic flow. There has been even more upgrades and changes in 2022 so ensure a sighting run before going fullsend! The variety in trail makes it an excellent Enduro network.

Grading:

  • Technical Ability – Expert
  • Physical Rating – 3
  • This is the approximate Course Grade for the most difficult category (Full Enduro).
  • This venue is considered one of the easiest venues on the calendar and is a great introduction for new competitors and a great way to ease into a big season ahead.
