ABOVE the ground we produce award winning small batch highly rated wines, including our Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Merlot wines

We make small batches of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Merlot. The wines are modern, restrained, and elegant. Our love and care are evident in all aspects of our business from our viticultural,/truffliere practices to our winemaking. No corners or shortcuts are taken guarantees rarity, quality of origin and outstanding fruit and truffles.

We use current sustainable/natural agricultural methods these practices are all about improving our soil which reflects in our vine and tree health. We use only organic fertilizers, our intervene grasses are cut to provide the under-vine mulch and both sheep and guinea fowl are used to keep insects and grass levels down

All our grapes and truffles are grown on our property so we can guarantee the quality of fruit and the truffle. we are a truffle producer of winter truffle (tuber melanosporum).
