Blackwood Valley Escapes is a small, locally owned management company looking after nine properties across Bridgetown, Nannup and Southampton.
We live here. The cleaners are people we know by name, the linen comes from down the road, and if something goes wrong at nine on a Friday night, you are speaking to someone who can be at the house before ten.
Six of our nine properties welcome dogs, and one welcomes horses.
We took on this work because too many holiday houses in the valley were being run from a spreadsheet in another city — with tired linen, vague instructions and no one to call. Our answer is deliberately unscalable: a small collection, high standards, and the same person answering the phone every time.
