Nelsons is situated on the main street of Bridgetown, in the South West region of Western Australia. This serene country town is known for its beautiful countryside, warm hospitality and rustic charm. Nelsons of Bridgetown main historical building dates back to circa 1890, housing our Reception, a fully licensed a-la-carte Restaurant and Function Room. Our guests enjoy the convenience of staying a short stroll away from the town’s attractions including shops, galleries and the famous Blackwood River, the longest continually flowing river in WA. This makes Nelson’s the perfect location from which to step out and explore Bridgetown and the surrounding region.
Accommodation
We have 37 spacious motel rooms with different configurations available to choose from, ranging from our Executive Spa Room (most of these have their own courtyard), Federation Style Deluxe Room (many of which have their own kitchenette and courtyard), as well as our Standard Motel & Hotel Rooms.
All rooms have reverse cycle air-conditioning and come with a LED wall-mounted TV.

Restaurant
Our fully licenced, a-la-carte restaurant is located inside a beautiful 125 year old building (dating back to 1890), the atmosphere is simple and rustic with a sophisticated ambience.
At Nelsons we strive to make your dining experience with us a memorable occasion. We pride ourselves on keeping things local, and support local producers and small businesses wherever possible. This enables us to source only the very best prime meats including beef, lamb, free range chicken and eggs, and quality dairy products.
Nelsons is proud to support local wine makers and growers by stocking a great range of premium boutique wines from the Southern Forest and Blackwood Valley regions to compliment your dining experience. We hope that you will enjoy sampling our local wine selection while dining with us.

Functions & Conferences
Whether you’re organising a business meeting or workshop, a special birthday celebration or a wedding reception, our reputation for great food and excellent customer service makes Nelsons the perfect place to hold your special event.
Our function / conference room can comfortably accommodate up to 80 people. We can host a breakfast, afternoon or evening function, as well as an all-day conference. We can also custom design a menu to cater to your requirements, and can even arrange on-site accommodation for your guests.
