Storytellers Rest is a beautifully curated bespoke 100 year old cottage, located in the stunning picturesque village of Bridgetown. You will find luxurious linens, beautiful bath tub, cozy fireplace and a fully functioning chefs kitchen. This is the perfect escape to read, hike, catchup with friends or plan an intimate romantic weekend away. The perfect place for a proposal or honeymoon!
The space
There are 2 king size beds and 2 beautiful bathrooms, a small sleep out off one bedroom for child or 5th guest ( lovely for ladies weekends away).
Note initial pricing shown is for 2 guests – using one bedroom – for all additional guests/rooms the pricing increases – except for infants using port a cot to sleep. If you are 2 guests using 2 separate bedrooms – please list your guest numbers as 3 for the purpose of booking this will then reflect the correct pricing and set up.
Storytellers Rest is filled with books, antiques and loads of comfort…fire pit for the crisp evenings, a lovely back yard orchard – you are welcome to pick any seasonal fruits, there is plenty of birdsong and only a short stroll into town (300m) . It’s a easy 800m walk to the Cidery so planning a tipple with lunch will be no issue!
