Tall Timbers Brewing Co. is located in Manjimup, deep in the Southern Forests of WA. We craft exceptionally fresh beer for the thrill seekers and adventurers. We are Inspired by the robust Southern Forests region and the hard-working community that reside amongst the Timbers.
Tall Timber’s main focus is to showcase the region’s best in wine and food. And we do that from our Manjimup property across three venues.
Beautifully prepared, produce-focused dining is available at our flagship restaurant, Tall Timbers, all day long. From tea and cakes to pairing the perfect Pinot with produce, our restaurant has something for everyone, locals and travellers alike.
Across the street is our Brew Pub, where you’ll find good vibes, chill tunes and Tall Timbers Brewing Co beer (available for purchase online), batched and brewed on-site.
If you’ve dined in our restaurant, taken a tour of our Brewery & now you just want to join the locals & watch your favourite team on the big screen or maybe even a punt on the horses at the TAB then this is your place
Lastly is our drive-through bottle shop – with a twist. “Bottle-O” doesn’t exactly do this gourmet hub of produce and take-home meals justice.

Brew Pub
In 1970, the Swan Brewery built a brewery attached to the side of the historic Manjimup Hotel. This brewery was planned to be the major provider of beer to WA’s booming Southwest. However, a change of ownership meant the Swan Brewery’s plans never eventuated. Fifty years later, a group of mates have finalised the project.
Tall Timbers Brewing Co. has created a beer the Manjimup community can finally be proud of and has developed an iconic brewhouse experience that will be the tourism and cultural hub of the region.
We have set out to craft a beer that our locals can be proud of, a beer that will stand up to Manjimup’s reputation for excellence.
Our Manjimup Brewery features all Tall Timbers Brewing Co. beer and ciders, brewed and batched on-site. All beers are available on tap and to take home. Tantalise your tastebuds and join us for a tour.
