Quality interpretive signs give an insight into the history of the area as you take this easy walk trail through the North Greenbushes area.
This is an interesting, easy, and well-marked walk that follows roads, vehicle tracks, and single file bush tracks through Jarrah Forest from the Greenbushes Discovery Centre.
Trailside plaques provide information on historical tin mining practices and a short detour takes in the old railway station in North Greenbushes. The trail takes you past a chain of old man-made lakes and piles of big laterite rocks, which have been winched up out of the diggings (using big trees for lift).
This trail is great for birding, hiking, and walking, and is well shaded on well-compacted trails and utilises some sleeper boardwalks to cross potentially wet areas.
This trail is marked by a triangular badge featuring a long necked turtle.
