Greenbushes is a hidden gem off the South Western Highway that has some great choices for dinner or lunch during your stay in the Southern Forests and Valleys.

The Exchange Hotel Greenbushes is a great example of early 20th century pubs that ooze charm and original features and tell the story of the bustling mining population of Greenbushes when it was built in 1907. Today they are still keeping the mining industry fed and quenching thirsts, with the Talison Lithium Mine operating close by. At the Exchange you can enjoy down to earth hospitality with a buffet dinner or something off the menu. Come and watch sport on the TV or have a game of darts, open from 3pm each day and dinner from 5.30pm.
The Greenbushes Roadhouse is your one stop shop during the day when you need to grab a bite in between all of the forest hikes or heritage exploring you may be doing while in Greenbushes. Open early from 5am every day and till 6pm on weekdays and closing at 2pm on the weekend and later on a Friday for fish and chips, the roadhouse is a great place to grab your fuel, and a bite to eat. Maybe even take your food out to a great picnic spot in Greenbushes and eat amongst the trees.
