Our four boutique colonial brick chalets are set on a private property for the exclusive use of our guests. They offer privacy, seclusion and comfort, yet are only 2 minutes drive to RAC Karri Valley Resort and their activities / facilities.

We cater to those special guests who are seeking something a little different and would like personal service from an Australian family that has a wealth of local knowledge. We have been here for over 20 years, so know a little about the area, what it has to offer and where the secret spots are…

Each chalet has reverse cycle air-conditioning, a slow-combustion log-fire, 2 comfy leather sofas, an open-plan design, a kitchen with full size stove, spring water supply, spacious bedrooms and a verandah overlooking a tree lined valley. Our property is registered as a “Land for Wildlife” with the Dept. of Conservation and you are guaranteed to see kangaroos, emus and an abundance of bird-life from your front door. Free entertainment every day!

Enjoy free WiFi (at our reception), excellent mobile phone signal (Telstra only) and over 1000 DVD movies to choose from, all free of charge.
