Our cellar door provides the perfect relaxed setting to sample our extensive range of wines with our knowledgeable and passionate staff to guide you through. Here you can choose your favourite drop to enjoy whilst joining us for lunch. Once seated at your table soak up the breathtaking scenery in anticipation of our world class chefs award winning fare. The Pemberton region is renowned for its exceptional produce and our menu has been skillfully designed to showcase this using the finest ingredients sourced locally. Our team is dedicated to bringing you a memorable dining and wine-tasting experience and would be delighted to recommend one of our wines to accompany your meal.

Our menu is everchanging and our philosophy is simple:

• We only use local produce, fresh ingredients and supply uncomplicated cooking with maximum flavour, served in a casual but elegant environment.”

• We use 100% free range eggs from our own chickens, fed on vegetables from the kitchen, giving maximum flavour and golden yolks.
• Grass fed, South West, dry aged beef. Lamb from the southern forest and truffles from Manjimup.
• Our extra virgin olive oil if from a local farm and the chips we serve are grown and produced in Manjimup.

We understand privacy is important for guests and we combine this with friendly, discreet service. A welcome gift awaits you on arrival. The design of our chalets was inspired by the landscape, from the curve of the skillion roof to the spacious interior and floor to ceiling windows that bring the scenery inside.
