The mostly easy six kilometre Bicentennial Walk traverses the town boundary of Boyup Brook. It passes through bush reserves, along the bank of the Blackwood River and the Boyup Brook.

The walk trail is accessible from several points and can be started behind the old railway station, which has ample parking. There are wildflowers in season throughout the bush blocks.

Beginning behind the Railway Station and over the little bridge is a close to town starting point or from the Lions Park next to the bridge over the Blackwood on the road to Kojonup allows you to identify how far you have walked by using the mile pegs. Opportunities to picnic by the Blackwood River are found in the Lion’s Park which has tables and a toilet and the Music Park, which has shady lawn or even the stage of the music shell and four adult exercise installations.

The Boyup Brook Bicentennial Walk Trail is easy to follow using the map Boyup Brook Visitor Centre Town Walk Trails Brochure and following the grey mile posts.
