As well as a queen size bed, there is a queen size Sofa Bed, so the apartment will accommodate 2 adults or two couples/children if you don’t mind sharing the space. We have wifi broadband which will boost your phone if you need to connect and a tv if you want to tear yourself from the view. Bring the wine and switch off.
There is parking for 2 vehicles right next to the apartment. If used for a pre-wedding purpose there is plenty of street parking. The apartment is wheelchair accessible with no ramps needed for entry.
Pets are welcome. The whole grounds are fully fenced and dog friendly.

Imagine having your own private landscape artist painting instructor while you are staying at 1 Riverview. Michael Hodgkins is a landscape artist and oil painting teacher and Photographer from Perth, Western Australia.
Painting began for Michael as a child, being taught by his professional landscape artist father, George Hodgkins. Michael augmented this early training with tertiary studies in contemporary art and design. He has also used extensive self education to research and learn the properties and uses of traditional fine art painting materials, pigments & binders.
He works primarily in oils but has applied his hand at different times to Acrylic, Watercolour, Gouache and Pastel. Michael has taught University extension courses, Landscape technique workshops and landscape oil painting classes. When not painting, Michael indulges his parallel interest in landscape photography.
Michael’s work has been purchased by collectors from around the world, particularly those from Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. Michael is available for half day private workshops.
